WELCOME to Dare 2 Dance Tamworth owned and operated by Instructor Chris Watson. At Dare 2 Dance we offer you fun, fitness, events, trips & friendship. Our classes are weekly and we hold monthly socials & other line dance events throughout the year. Dare 2 Dance offers beginner, intermediate and advance classes and is recognised to be Tamworth's most award winning line dance club. We are also Australian & New Zealand line dance Champions. In 2006 Chris was awarded the Choreographer of the Year and further awarded dance of the year in the years 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2010. 

Dare 2 Dance has now been launched across Australia and can be found in Perth, the Central Coast, Melbourne and the United States of America. Perth and the Central Coast were our most recent launches.

Dare 2 Dance is a huge supporter of charity, raising and donating to various local charities including Ronald McDonald House, our members also donate numerous hours each week as volunteers with many of Tamworth’s charity organisations. These include line dance demo’s to entertain in Aged Care Facilities, disabilities services and other groups, Meals on Wheels and many more, please contact us if you would like to organise a demo at your event.

Mondays at Tennis Club

6pm-7pm: Improver (Current class group continues as is)

7pm-9pm: Intermediate/Advanced

Tuesday at Tennis Club

5.15 pm Children’s Class (Please spread the word)

6pm-7pm: Brand New Beginners Classes

7pm-8:30pm: Intermediate/Advanced Class

Dare 2 Dance now has new club shirts available. You can order yours from the uniform shop in Dowe Street. They are very nice shirts and look great, you can also purchase club jackets.

I Our next club social is on the 26th May at the Longyard Hotel. Starts at 3.00 pm, we hope to see you all there for a fun afternoon of friendship and of course DANCING! Great range of music from beginners through to intermediate/advanced.

I Congratulations to Anne Herd & Lorraine Shelton for their wins at Mayworth recently in the Choreography. Anne took out a hat trick in the choreography competition in the intermediate section, she won 1st with Glad you Came, 2nd with Stuck on You (choreographed with Lorraine Shelton) and 3rd with Insatiable... Insatiable also got peoples choice! How fantastic for you girls!!

I We also congratulate Bella Agius for placing in some of her sections as well at Mayworth, She got 2nd in one of her sections. Awesome effort by Bella, Chloe and Kylie and a thank you to Chris and Lorraine for coaching them.
